1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 96jl Casino ("96jl," "we," "us," "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 96jl.one. 3. Account Registration & KYC

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use the 96jl platform, you must register a verified account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

96jl is required under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering laws to verify the identity of its players. You will be required to submit one or more of the following valid Philippine government-issued identification documents: Passport, SSS/UMID ID, PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, or Voter's ID. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request can be processed. 96jl reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 96jl login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. You must notify 96jl support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 96jl strongly recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your account.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

4.1 Currency

All transactions on the 96jl platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion is applied to PHP deposits or withdrawals.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

96jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and 7-Eleven (deposits only). Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.3 Minimum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 PHP. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment channel and are displayed in the 96jl Cashier at the time of the transaction request.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification completion. Once verified, withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within one (1) business day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take two to five (2–5) business days depending on the receiving institution. 96jl reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests where fraud or money laundering is suspected.

4.5 Dormant Accounts

An account with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered dormant. 96jl may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its applicable fee schedule. Players will be notified before dormancy fees are applied.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

96jl Casino offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonus offers are subject to their individual terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. Players must read and understand these terms before accepting any bonus.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, where applicable) must be wagered before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements at 96jl are clearly disclosed on each promotion page.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 96jl platform operate under specific game rules published within each game's interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by its published rules. The following general provisions apply:

• Certified RNG: All game outcomes on 96jl are generated by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. No outcome is predetermined or subject to external manipulation.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Selling, transferring, or assigning your 96jl account to any other person;
• Impersonating any person or misrepresenting your identity or affiliations;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by local law.

8. Responsible Gaming

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, 96jl is obligated to maintain responsible gaming standards. The following tools are available to all registered players through the Account Settings menu:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit to your 96jl account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of your 96jl account.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once reached, further wagering is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your 96jl account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) without permanently closing it.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 96jl platform for a minimum period of six (6) months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the 96jl platform for personal recreational purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of 96jl's intellectual property without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 96jl shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or force majeure events;
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 96jl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

96jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Provision of false or misleading registration information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of being requested to do so;
• A valid request from a law enforcement or regulatory authority;
• Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age.

Upon termination for cause, 96jl may withhold funds pending investigation. Funds determined to have been acquired through prohibited activities will be forfeited. Funds that are legitimately the player's will be returned through available payment channels after any required regulatory reporting is completed.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to 96jl's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with its applicable complaint handling procedures. Players agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.

13. Amendments to These Terms

96jl reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email notification to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the 96jl platform. The effective date of any amendment will be clearly stated. Your continued use of the 96jl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
