Where the breach is likely to result in high risk to affected individuals, 96jl will also notify those individuals directly without undue delay. Notifications will describe the nature of the breach, categories of data affected, likely consequences, and measures taken to address the breach.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

96jl may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or PAGCOR regulatory requirements. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file and via a prominent notice on the 96jl platform prior to the change taking effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this Policy reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the 96jl platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
